Audiovisual services
MCO Congrès organised meetings and conferences in most of the Meeting Centers in France. The management of audiovisual needs and services have been in charge of our teams in partnership with our suppliers:
- Projection of Powerpoint or Keynote presentations, films, double projection ;
- Management of a preview room linked to each conference room through a LAN network ;
- Management of all the speakers and their presentations with a dedicated and high-performance software ;
- Video and audio recording of the conferences to create flash-conferences, podcasts, ... ;
- Satellite transmission or via networks ;
- Live streaming on Internet ;

Web sites
MCO Congrès is in charge of several websites for scientific societies and conferences. These websites can be really simple, for an informative presence on the web, or can display specific tools like:

SmartPhone Apps
A lot of important conferences want to offer to the Smartphone users a new kind of tool, more efficient than a regular programme. MCO Congrès has been the project manager of several SmartPhone and tablet Apps, developped in partnership with trustful suppliers. These Apps allow the user to:
- Browse through the dynamic scientific programme;
- Consult the speakers bios;
- Find the rooms or localise a partner in the exhibition area;
- Read news and messages through a "push" activation;
- Read other pages: touristic or practical infos;
- Electronic vote;
- ...
Our job is to be at our side in the analysis of your project and your needs.
